Who You Calling Non-Essential?
By now you’ve likely heard Governor Tom Wolf strongly urging PA residents to close all nonessential businesses in the state for at least two weeks due to the coronavirus pandemic. If you’re a client of ours from another state, you can learn more about the coronavirus quarantine here.
You may be as surprised as us to learn that Sharp Innovations is, indeed, cast under that nonessential umbrella, and therefore we will be out-of-office for the duration of the quarantine to uphold this commitment and ensure the safety of our staff, their families, and the community.
What This Means for You…
We’re fortunate enough to be able to perform our work uninterrupted in the comfort of our own homes. We can therefore fulfill our commitment to you and your business, without interruption, as we go through the next few weeks.
If you had a meeting scheduled with a member of our team, that meeting will take place remotely via a conference call. If you’d like to reschedule so the meeting is done face-to-face, you can give us a call or send an email and we will reschedule accordingly.
If you’d like to deploy some sort of public service message to alert your clients or customers to changes in your business operations, we can help! We’ve already processed numerous requests to that effect. Whether that means the adjustment of hours, how the business operates, or additional changes you may be making to the day-to-day operations.
If there’s anything else we can do to help, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by giving us a call at 717-290-6760. We can still be reached during normal business hours, 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
We look forward to helping you and your business navigate this uncharted territory.
