Concept
Rush Uniform sells high quality, customized apparel for schools, fire / EMS, police / security, clergy / choir, and general businesses. A long-time customer of Sharp Innovations', they were ready to upgrade their website to provide a better user experience for their customers. Paramount to this process was ensuring their internal processes could remain as consistent as possible for minimal disruption in order fulfillment and keeping products updated, as well as bringing all product & customer data over from their old system into the new one.
Solution
Sharp Innovations went through a Discovery process with Rush Uniform to identify the specific information required to be brought from the old system and all processes for order fulfillment to minimize disruption when launching the new site. A design phase was done with multiple custom concepts specific to Rush Uniform based upon a creative survey, going through a refinement process until an approved design was reached. Content services were provided for non-product based pages to improve the language and add some additional history. After an extensive beta revision process, Sharp Innovations guided the client towards a launch, performing various training meetings and ensuring they were prepared, resulting in a successful launch and continued long-term relationship.
