Concept

Barrier Reef Pools originally got in touch with us desiring to modernize their online presence, and add a few new online features that would be helpful to their dealers. They wanted a faster, more convenient way for potential customers to find local, authorized BR Pools dealers, re-organization of their website content, and optimization of the new website to drive more traffic & conversions. They also wanted to be able to update the website themselves in a non-proprietary CMS that could be updated and scaled with the company in the future.

Solution

After a successful Discovery process, we worked with the Barrier Reef Pools team to re-organize their website content and write new, search-optimized content based on keyword research and traffic analysis from their previous website and competitors. At the same time, we guided them through our custom design process with 3 unique concepts based upon parameters set by Barrier Reef as well as the expertise of our in-house team of designers. After evolving multiple concepts, a design language was established. Our development team also worked with them to create an interactive, Google Map based page allowing users to enter their zip code and find authorized BR Pools dealers near them. Finally, our Digital Marketing Specialists worked through the website as part of our launch process to ensure all 301 redirects were configured and the site launched optimized out-of-the-box to maintain existing traffic and begin boosting traffic.

Following success with all of these efforts, we have since expanded our relationship with Barrier Reef Pools to include Paid Ads Management, a higher level of Digital Marketing, various Print & Identity projects for Trade Shows, Consultation with their dealers, and assisting some of their dealers with their individual website & marketing efforts. We value our relationship with the Barrier Reef Fiberglass Pools team and look forward to continually expanding our collaboration with them in new and exciting ways!
