Concept
VitroCom is a glass fabrication company that specializes in high-quality technical glass products for industrial, medical, and telecom use. They sought to update and modernize their online presence, both visually and functionally, replacing their dated E-Commerce installation with a new system including additional custom features to better serve their clientele. They specifically desired a faster, cleaner interface, optimized to provide a better UX experience to visitors.
Solution
Sharp Innovations initiated a complete interactive website redesign, including a total replacement and overhaul of their former E-Commerce system. Pre-existing client product and sales data from the previous 10 years was painstakingly migrated into a new, modern E-Commerce installation, with additional custom programming to improve inventory management while adding specific client-requested functionality. New customizations to WooCommerce were developed and implemented to match the client's pre-established product specs (for instance: adding a requested action-based response when a product sells out) to improve site functionality and customer service. The Digital Marketing team is excited to be able to perform SEO on this new site as well - a great combination to directly increase sales and ROI.
