Concept
McElroy Pharmacy is a cornerstone of a time once past. McElroy's delivers a vanishing blend of hometown convenience, and reliable customer service wrapped into the package of a family owned and run pharmacy. Sharp originally built McElroys old site so it was natural that the team help them revamp the site to keep up with the times, while maintaining their local appeal.
Solution
McElroy Pharmacy teamed up with the designers at Sharp Innovations to bring their site to the modern age. Through the Sharp Innovations design process, McElroy worked with the team to come up with a more modern design befitting their successful business without losing their hometown aesthetic. The site received a complete overhaul visually and contextually bringing it from a dated postage stamp design to a full-width responsive design with a custom header animation. They even added the ability to refill prescriptions online, giving long-time existing customers and brand new customers alike added convenience.
