Fire-End realized their old, basic webstore was no longer achieving their desired results and failed to reflect the high-quality of their brand. With customers using phones and tablets more and more to research and purchase their fire equipment needs, Fire-End knew they had to capitalize on mobile use or risk being passed over for their competition. Sharp Innovations helped them launch a user-friendly e-commerce store that could be easily updated with new products and prices by the Fire-End team, as their selection is constantly in flux. It also needed higher search rankings to help drive sales in a competitive market.


Sharp Innovations also implemented social media, blogging, and search engine optimization services to engage targeted consumers and drive more traffic to the Fire-End website. The company receives analytic reports to monitor web traffic and internet marketing impact. From 2018 to 2019, social referrals increased nearly 200%.
