THE CHALLENGE

Barrier Reef Pools, a U.S. manufacturer of fiberglass inground swimming pools, serves a nationwide network of dealers, sales reps, and factory staff. Their legacy dealer dashboard had become outdated and difficult to scale, hindering lead management, order tracking, and logistics. The objective was to redesign this internal system into a web-based platform—Dashboard 2.0—that would improve usability, automate workflows like claims and transport, and integrate with tools like BrainTree, AWS, and UPS. Key goals included seamless data migration, improved scalability, and uninterrupted service for hundreds of active users.

WHAT WE DID

Sharp Innovations built a modular, web-based platform tailored to different user roles. The new Dashboard 2.0 included CRM tools, order and production tracking, transport scheduling with QR scanning, claims management, and real-time reporting. It featured integrations with BrainTree for payments, AWS for file storage, and UPS for shipping. The system was mobile-ready and supported role-based access for better security and usability.

THE RESULT

The platform is expected to deliver a 25–40% increase in operational efficiency through automation and real-time data access. Dealers benefit from self-service tools and faster claim resolutions, while factory staff gain deeper insights through robust reporting. The scalable architecture positions Barrier Reef Pools for long-term digital growth, enhances dealer satisfaction, and improves overall coordination across the supply chain.
