Solution
Merge Investigations' new site was built using the latest web technologies, which provided them a fast, responsive website built on a custom WordPress theme. Key to this site was an added blog section and updated responsive design. The use of WordPress as a CMS allowed for their team to login on the backend and make updates to the site as needed to keep it up-to-date with the latest news and information.
Additionally, the Merge team needed a secure environment to store user's case submissions into their system, while still getting email notifications upon submission. To accomplish this, we store and encrypt all user submissions into the WordPress back-end administration area and modified the automated submission email to include a link to the related submission. This allows the team to get notified right away, while also preserving security by keeping all sensitive information behind a login and encrypted.
