Concept

JFC Staffing Companies embodies a family of four staffing agencies; Staffing, Global, Skilled Trades, and Workforce. Each of these is targeted towards a specific audience. The challenge of this project was to improve the individual identity of each, from both a message point of view and SEO, as well as performing a redesign to take advantage of modern web technologies like responsive design for a superior mobile experience. JFC also wanted to work with us to improve the overall user experience for companies looking for quality employees and employees looking for companies.

Solution

The Sharp Innovations team worked in tandem with JFC's technical and marketing teams to produce four high quality websites reflective of their updated marketing identity that all link with their internal job, talent, and resume search systems allowing people to search for jobs instantly on their website and contact the appropriate recruiter. The site utilizes impressive programming like dynamic, on-the-fly animated filtering, a custom email subscription sign-up system, and more. We continue to work with JFC for on-going SEO and Digital Marketing services.
